Arsenal Women to Play Home Games at Meadow Park
Six Barclays Women's Super League games and all domestic cup matches to be played at new stadium
Arsenal Women will play their home games at the Mangata Pay UK Stadium Meadow Park for the 2023/24 season, the club has announced.
The move to Meadow Park follows the redevelopment of the club's existing home ground, Borehamwood FC, which is not currently compliant with FA regulations.
Arsenal Women's head coach Jonas Eidevall said: "We are very excited to be playing our home games at Meadow Park next season. It is a fantastic stadium with a great atmosphere and we are looking forward to playing in front of our fans there."
Meadow Park has a capacity of 4,500 and is located in Borehamwood, Hertfordshire. It is the home ground of Boreham Wood FC, who currently play in the National League.
Arsenal Women will play their first home game at Meadow Park on Saturday, August 19, against Manchester City.
Conclusion
Arsenal Women's move to Meadow Park is a positive step for the club. The new stadium will provide a better home for the team and will allow fans to enjoy a more comfortable and enjoyable experience.
